I spent an unforgettable afternoon driving from Paphos to Larnaca, stopping at Paphos Castle, Aphrodite’s Beach, Kolossi Castle, Lemesos Castle, and Larnaka Medieval Fort. The combination of dramatic coastlines, historic sites, and charming streets gave a perfect introduction to southern Cyprus before I reached my hotel in the evening.
I don’t know about you, but I was always obsessed with fairytale castles. Whenever I’m visiting a new destination I always look for castles as there is just something magical about them! Anywhere I travel, I seek out castles to have a look at. I’m not sure I can pinpoint the moment it started but I have always been fascinated by them.
It was never actually my aim to combine the two, much less to specifically visit Luxembourg for either of these! It was in fact by sheer coincidence that I happened to book a few days here just a couple of weeks before Christmas.
